Dermology touts caffeine as the secret to its effectiveness. The caffeine in the cream causes the blood flow to increase in the affected area. I highly agree and I think it works. But the main thing is that it takes longer to see results with Dermology than it does with Procellix. With Procellix, I saw the cellulite bumps begin to reduce immediately, within days I could tell a difference. Whereas with Dermology, it took a few weeks. I think is between the speed of the active ingredient aminophylline (commonly found in asthma medication) instead of caffeine (which is used in more and more cellulite creams these days).
