Dermology touts caffeine as the secret to its effectiveness. The caffeine in the cream causes the blood flow to increase in the affected area. I highly agree and I think it works. But the main thing is that it takes longer to see results with Dermology than it does with Cellulean. With Cellulean, I saw the cellulite bumps begin to reduce immediately, within days I could tell a difference. Whereas with Dermology, it took a few weeks. I think is between the speed of the active ingredient aminophylline (commonly found in asthma medication) instead of caffeine (which is used in more and more cellulite creams these days).

Dermitage is different from other cellulite products in that it comes in two forms: bath soap and body gel. The soap is meant to be used daily and should be rubbed into the skin where you have cellulite or excess fat. The wash is gentle enough that it can be used on sensitive skin.
