I stayed because the reviews kept me hopeful. But it wasn’t worth it. Wait time is ridiculous!! Plan on waiting 20 mins in line and 45 mins or LONGER for your food. THREE orders cancelled during the time I was there because of the wait! They didn’t try to make it better by reassuring, checking on things (even though I asked three times between two people how many orders were in front of me), and they didn’t compensate me at all either. When I finally got my food, the one with the long dark hair said “it was exactly 45 minutes hahaha” AS IF THATS ACCEPTABLE? I don’t care that it’s free range fresh chicken, you have to work the assembly line in the kitchen better to accommodate. Everyone on the clock seemed like they had better things to do than serve you. Orders ordered “to go” came as “dine in” and vice versa. Just slows down the whole process. Atmosphere is okay. Not a Grateful Dead song played since I’ve been here though (65 minutes waiting in line and for food). Just don’t.
